We are providers for most major medical & vision plans. Our staff will file your insurance for you and help you navigate the myriad of insurance options. We pre-calculate all of your insurance benefits and coverage, thus allowing you to maximize on your insurance benefits.

If we are not providers on your insurance plan, inquire about our specials and discounts on optical products as well as services when you become a patient.

Important Notice to Our Patients

Regarding Insurance Network Changes

As of August 1st, 2022, our practice will become an out-of-network provider with

Davis Vision and Superior Vision (Versant Health).

We are still accepting these insurances;

however, we will no longer be considered an

in-network provider.

We will continue to be in-network providers for Vision Service Plan (VSP), EyeMed, and most major medical insurance plans.
